Wetrooms
A wetroom effectively relieves floor space permitting greater
access, mobility, freedom and a lighter more open and
contemporary ambience. The elimination of a conventional shower
cubicle/enclosure or even a bath , frees the bathroom of visual
obstructions creating more space & a cleaner, brighter
environment. There may be a low step, but in most cases a
level-access floor is achievable permitting lifetime homes
compliance.
Wet-Deck Underlay Bases
A simple solution to create a gradient floor with a compatible
drain. The underlays are 20mm, 22, or 24mm thick and suitable
for timber or concrete floors. They will take stainless steel
grids either square or linear channel format. Over 20 sizes
available.
Drains
Square drains or linear channel drains with top-access covers
for easy cleaning. High-flow Dallmer or Purus drain with
patented NOOD no odour gulley trap. Stainless steel grating with
6 designer grids upgrade options.
Tanking And Membranes
Used to provide a flexible waterproof membrane before tiling
over with a flexible bag-powder (cementitious) tile adhesive.
Lastogum: Very simple non-skilled 2–coat application
brushed or rolled on. Dries overnight into a flexible rubberised
membrane. Will cover any substrate & protects even when cracks
up to 1mm open in the substrate. Non-toxic water-soluble covers
7mt sq from standard Lastogum kit.
BSA: Comprising of a 2mm thick self-adhesive membrane
with unique adhesion band on front face (90mm wide) to promote
secure adhesive. Geo-textile surface for improved tile adhesion
bond. Kits of 10mt sq or 5mt sq , 1000 wide rolls.
